We arrange the Annual General Meeting each year and any other meetings such Extraordinary General Meetings and Committee meetings as required. We will provide a venue for your AGM if required however we encourage our strata schemes to hold their meetings on site if possible as this assists in viewing any areas of concern relating to repairs etc that may arise during the meetings.

We issue Meeting Notices, attend meetings out of normal business hours at no additional cost, record and issue minutes to all owners of the strata schemes and maintain the minute books.
