Stuart W Wild & Co was established in 1972 by Stuart Wild to meet the needs of body corporates and owners corporations by providing strata management services to the emerging growth in strata tiled residential units on the Northern Beaches.

Stuart Wild, the Chief Financial Officer & Licensee, has been involved in the strata management industry for over 40 years and in that time has gained a great deal of knowledge & expertise in the field and has a deep understanding of the rules and regulations required to run a successful strata management business.

Stuart Wild was among a handful of strata managers providing full management service to the body corporate which later became known as owner corporations when Strata Title was first introduced into NSW. With a high degree of business acumen, an eye for detail, and also with over forty years as a practicing accountant and tax agent, Stuart Wild continues to ensure that the unit you invested in, either as your home or your rental property is managed in an ethical, transparent and above all business oriented manner working only in the interest of the owners who make up the body corporate. Steve Suczynski joined Stuart W Wild & Co in 2009 as an associate director and a fully licensed Strata Manager after 16 years working for Australia’s leading domestic insurer, Insurance Australia Group. Steve brings his extensive management and customer service focus to the company along with a detailed understanding of insurance and claims processes, including landlord and strata insurance. A fully licensed strata manager, Steve is dedicated to providing a personalised level of customer service that you won’t get with the larger strata management businesses.

In April 2016, Steve became the Principal & Licencee of the company with a continued focus on the needs of owners.
