All strata schemes funds are held in separate trust accounts with Macquarie Bank and have the potential to earn interest on the daily balances. All transactions on these accounts are downloaded daily from Macquarie Bank to ensure our systems and reports are kept up to date with all strata scheme accounts reconciled on a monthly basis. Separate accounting records are maintained between the Administration Fund account and the Sinking fund account in accordance with the Strata Schemes Management Regulation 2010.

All tax returns, BAS statements and Audits are conducted by Continuing Accounting which is an independent Certified Practicing Accountancy firm based in Chatswood that ensures accurately prepared and lodged BAS Statements and annual tax returns. Copies of all Audit reports are provided to the strata schemes treasurer for the peace of mind of the owners corporation and to ensure an accurate reflection of all financial transactions are true and correct.
