Owner requests such as lot alterations or pet requests are forwarded to the committee for approval before corresponding the appropriate response on behalf of the owners corporations.
We ensure all change of address details and change of owner records are recorded in the Strata Roll and our computerised lot owner records are updated and maintained.
We process, prepare and issue statutory certificates requests from conveyancers and ensure that an appropriate level of supervision is provided during strata scheme records inspections.
We maintain custody of all important items, such as the common seal, common property Title Deed, Strata Scheme building plans, land valuations, minute books and accounting records.
